The movers came unprepared without any type of moving equipment even though we paid extra in advance for them to move a piano. The lack of equipment was a big miss at the beginning. We had all of our furniture and boxes organized but they somehow left out a part of two different bed frames from the moving truck, which will cost of hundreds of dollars to replace and/or ship. Overall I thought we were hiring professional PODS movers, as they were recommended by PODS but they didn't seem to know how to actually pack a POD shipping container efficiently.
I also tried calling them to confirm the appt but never heard back a reply.

Rod and Les were beasts!! We scheduled last minute, and they even showed up a little earlier than they said they would. They were very respectful and hard working. Their boss and owner of the company Chris even showed up to help unload! I would highly recommend!!

The team showed up right on time and communicated well before showing up with expected arrival times and when they were on the way. Once they got to our house they started with a walk thru of what to load on the truck and got to work right away. They loaded our trailer high and tight and from what I could tell when closing it up they took care to make sure the fragile items were protected from damage. I'd highly recommend this company and the work that they do.

It doesn't get any better than this!!! I am so happy I found these guys. They are honest, friendly, hard-working gentlemen that call up-front and let you know when they will arrive (to the minute). They had no issues with me telling them how I would like to load the truck, that's unusual. They didn't even charge me for having to use a staircase (unusual).
They worked in a very efficient manner, and were done with time to spare. They even took a few items to the dumpster for me...again, unusual. They excel at customer service and I would recommend them to anyone. Again, it doesn't get any better than this!!!
