I was worried about having only 2 helpers for 2 hours, seeing as they had to haul my belongings up 3 flights of stairs (for a 2-bedroom apartment). I called and ordered an extra hour just to be safe. Well, these 2 guys had everything unloaded in just over an hour and a half! I still paid the extra hour and a tip. Totally worth it.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They arrived at the start of my arrival window and got right to work packing a 15' Uhaul truck. Everything was done in the two-hour window with great care and efficiency. It was very clear they knew what they were doing – we drove the truck for 8 hours and nothing moved an inch. Highly recommend!

These guys were the best movers I’ve ever used.
I originally thought I needed three guys, they proved me wrong. Two of them unloaded a completely full 16’ pod in less than an hour and a half. They showed up early, got right to work, were extremely fast and efficient but careful with our items. They got an awkward 300+ lb grill down a slope and into my back patio with ease. They also got an awkwardly large treadmill down narrow stairs into the basement somehow.

Couldn’t recommend these guys more. If anyone out there is deciding between two or three movers for unloading a three bedroom house, look no further than these two guys.

My experience with Samuel Services was fantastic. Communication was consistent, price was reasonable, and they even fit me into an earlier slot than I had booked. I hired them to assist with unloading a uHaul truck and everything was moved in or 3rd bedroom apartment within the 2 hour reservation. Definitely recommend!
