This was our first time ever using a moving company. I'm usually very weird about having strangers in my home or touching my stuff, but after hurting my back during our last move only 9 months ago, we needed to hire someone. Charles was very informative and kept in touch with us leading up to their arrival so we knew exactly when to expect them. When he and George showed up, they were both super friendly (George is a little quiet lol but still very nice) and made us feel comfortable that our belongings were in good hands. Charles walked us through step by step on how everything would be done, while George started loading out very heavy boxes as though they weighed nothing at all. My husband and I were both blown away by how fast they worked, and that included lots of talking and conversation as well. Honestly, I was calling them ninjas lol These 2 guys were absolutely incredible, they took the time to really make sure everything was safe and secure, which was important since we ordered a larger POD than we needed, so there was a lot of open space. They broke down our bed for us, wrapped our couches, and even helped us take down a TV wall mount that we couldn't remove without power tools. We have our stuff in storage while our new home is being built, but we are MOST DEFINITELY using this company again and even requesting these two, if possible. You will NOT be disappointed. For someone like myself that gets bad anxiety in situations like this, they made is us both very comfortable and even had us laughing. This move has been hell so far between the storage company and our apartment office, and they totally changed the game for us today.

Charles and Shemar were courteous, extremely efficient & competent and were careful of my property. They loaded everything in the pod with attention to weight and fragility. What training do you provide your crew members?
All Labor Professionals(LP) starts out as a Service Provider(SP) and have to mandatorily go through an extensive professional moving training session to graduate and become a Labor Professional(LP).
