They did a great job dealing with a few issues that arose. The load shifted in one of the pods and they were able to find a way to deal with that. Also, the fridge needed doors removed and they made an extra effort to overcome that too.

I was misled about the 3rd hour . I only agreed to two . They did not go into the 3rd hour so I would like for the extra to go to them as a tip ….please verify that this is done.
