We provide professional and courteous Loading/unloading, packing/Unpacking of customers belongings, as well as move-out and residential cleaning services. Our office staff strive to help our customers from first contact to the completion of the move with any questions or concerns at any time. And our moving crews are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient with their ability to load/Unload the customer belongings. This team was amazing. They arrived and got right to work once everyone was there. We walked the property to show where everything needed to be. They assembled all needed items. Hooked and unhooked appliances. They helped identify items of concern. They had a great eye. They worked well together. I would definitely use this team again.

Arrived late, which inconvenienced us, but they did stay in touch. Once they arrived they got right to work and were polite, efficient, careful, and thorough. I would hire them again, but would ask for a more specific late arrival time so I could run an errand rather than sitting there. Everyone’s time is valuable.

The nicest movers who were very efficient and took great care of my items as they were being transported from the POD to my apartment. They were very accommodating and worked hard the entire time. I am 100% pleased working with them. I knew my items were in good hands and I trusted them completely. They knew exactly what to do and were smart. I highly recommend them and if I ever need this service again, I sure hope they are available because they provided excellent communication and service throughout the process. I hired a company from hire a helper, Second movers accepted the job. Yes they were on time. When the husband and wife team arrived, they brought their 10 month old twins with them. I was assured that the job would not be hindered because of the children being there. This team often took breaks to walk their children in the stroller. Which they said they did not charge me for, but took away from their concentration on this project and subsequently subjected me to a heartbreaking move. I consistently ask them if they were able to get the items in the container, the wife would assure me yes. I would often see the husband strolling the twins around while the wife would load the container w/boxes Little did I know that she would only pickup what she could put in the container, which were boxes. I hired helpers to lift the heavy furniture. At the end of the project the wife came to me to say that they had a problem and that they could not get anymore items into the container. The issue that I am disputing is that if both of the husband and wife were able to load the FURNITURE in the apartment, that I needed help with, instead of one person just loading boxes while the other one babysat, I wouldn't I have to have loaded a THIRD of my furniture in a trailer. And still leave items. I don't dispute that I had a lots of items that would have overflowed, what I am disputing is that I was hiring people to load bulky and heavy items and I ended up hiring another team to load bulky to heavy items that were left by the first team. I can load boxes one at a time just like the wife did. So this sloppy job cost to me leaving other wantedi tems that I could not get into the trailer.

We hired two young men to move our big pieces into our new house, cause we’re too old to be moving furniture anymore. They were courteous, respectful and got right to work. When it came time to get our large master bedroom furniture up the stairs with a 90 degree turn and split landing, they called the owners, who showed up and with their expertise, completed the job on those huge pieces in no time. Great team work all around and I highly recommend them!

What they did was good work and had a good attention to detail. They did not show up on time, and the job took longer than expected. They struggled to move the heavier items.
