The original movers had car trouble and couldn't make it so another group was sent. They did a great job getting everything moved in. Nice guys who took good care of everything they moved in.

The fist guys did not show up. The send guys showed up two hours later. The second guys kept putting our furniture on the ground. And they did not help guide me off the auto transport so my car got damaged.

This is a horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM! They did not know what they were doing and did not finish the job. We were moving to Texas for a new job and I ultimately had to get friends of mine to finish and we ended up re-doing a lot of what they had done. Gave me a phone number to call and did not answer. Extremely unprofessional. Should not be in business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The arrived on time, and were ready to work. After a quick tour of the move, they worked at a good pace. Not so fast if felt rushed, but there was very little standing around or moving slowly except what you might expect when three people are helping in the same area. All three were friendly, and helpful. There was a point were the floor started getting scratched right at the entry way. I brought this up, and they were more careful there. I decided not to press this matter to the point of having them pay for repairs, as they were otherwise careful. I would use them again.

I thought we had good packers. The guys were nice. Bought them lunch. But they packed our truck so badly I thought I would have to rent another one to put the rest of our belongings on. I had 3 other companies look at our belongings and was told they would ALL fit in the same size truck I rented. We had sold 2 trailer loads of things after their quotes so I was sure we had plenty of room. I had rented 10 bags of moving blankets,they used 2, not bags but only 2 blankets. So the next day I had to hire local men to unload most of the truck and pack it right. Very mad to see the deep scratches on my antique dining table. The put a headboard screw side down on the top. My sewing table that I had just refinished with 5 coats of varnish is down to bare wood in places. They have turned large toolboxes upside down. We will be lucky if they even open. They didn’t leave room to put the locking partition back in the truck or the ramp. After the local men I hired were finished, I had eight feet of space left. They also added a ton of things I thought I was going to have to leave. A call to the company after I explained the problem has not been returned. If they consider themselves professional movers my cat could do a better job. When we complete our move and unpack completely I am sure to find more damage.
