John and his sidekick arrived on-time and ready to work. Their job was to unpack a 16ft POD. Some of the items they had to move into the first floor of our house, some into the garage and some into the daylight basement. I booked them for 2 hours but it only took them one hour to complete the job. I was more than happy to pay for the 2nd hour for they way they completed the job expeditiously and with politeness. I would recommend them for unpacking a POD.

Our helpers arrived right on time and were ready to get going. They were so fast at moving things we were surprised. We were also impressed how well they packed the truck and tied things down. We brought plenty of rope and pads and they made good use of them. Nothing shifted in transport and the unload went great because of the good packing.

Chris and John were FANTASTIC! I can't recommend them enough! I had a 26-foot Uhaul to unload....up 2 flights of stairs. They ATTACKED the job and...."got 'er done!" All the while were cheerful and professional.

John and his helpers did a wonderful job unloading both our 16’ containers! We’d definitely recommend The Works movers to anyone. Super careful with every item they unloaded and placed. John is a very reserved, polite gentleman. If you hire them you won’t have any regrets.
