Came and unloaded truck within 2 hour timeframe. Worked hard and took no breaks, kept moving entire time. Will definitely use again when I move next time. Very polite, helpful, and well worth the money.

Excellent! Arrived on time worked hard and nonstop until the job was done. Very professional. My dog was attacked in the middle of the move and I had to rush him to the vet. Gary reassured me that he would see the move finished and even called me at the vet's office to check on my dog. Gary, also called the next day to make sure everything was okay with the move and my dog. I would highly recommend Gary's moving

They were so nice to work with. The move feel apart at the last minute because my nephew didn't arrive until late that afternoon. Big Gary was suppose to help load at 9:30am. Since they had another job scheduled at 1:00pm in JAX they couldn't accommodate me. So the job was cancelled at the last minute.

Highly impressed, hard workers, get the job done types, and we will be using them again!!! We booked Big Gary's Moving Etc. with less than a 24/hr. notice for a mid/late morning appt. to load our moving truck in Lake City. We were contacted shortly after booking and made an adjustment to the job time, as Gary had a morning job previously scheduled. We were flexible as long as the job was done today. Gary's morning job ran over by half an hour but he was in constant contact, keeping us informed as things changed. When they arrived, at the expected time, they were prepared and ready to work. They were very nice, great workers, and when the time comes; we will use them again to unload us.

Gary & D were polite, hard working individuals. They were prompt, and very respectful of our property and worked quickly to get the job done thoroughly. They were respectful of our wishes regarding the placement of the furniture and boxes. They did not take a break even though it was a hot summer day in FL. They were both very strong and handled our furniture well without scuffing up walls or knocking into things. With respect to HireAHelper, one antique lawyer's bookcase was damaged. It arrived here broken on the top glass shelf, with the leaded glass bent in, which broke the wood at the bottom of the shelf. This was NOT the fault of Gary or D, and probably occurred due to improper packing back in Pennsylvania or shifting of the load in transit. We will be submitting a claim for damages to HireAHelper and/or Pods.

Gary and Art were absolutely GREAT! They were early, prepared and did not slow down from start to finish. They completed the job on time and even helped me negotiate a 26 foot Uhaul into the loading dock of my storage unit. Moving can be traumatic.....emotionally and physically- but they made it a wonderful experience. I highly, highly recommend them.
