This was the worst moving experience I have ever had...and I have moved a LOT. I’ve moved from Kansas to Texas to North Carolina to Georgia to Missouri and now to Kansas and nothing has ever been so bad as this. The two “movers” showed up late and reeking of marijuana. Honestly, two things I would have overlooked if the move had been successful. However, we are left with a serious mess and I’m sure the weed didn’t help. They broke most of my furniture, they packed the truck so poorly that the truck was “full” (their words) and half of my house was still full of boxes and furniture, and then once I said this would be an issue because we needed to fit everything into the truck, they got extremely heated and into a verbal altercation with me. I had to call my dad for backup (I am a 35 year old female who was being backed into a corner by two large men who were yelling at me), and once my dad arrived on the scene and calmly stated that the truck needed to fit al of my items; they got heated and verbal with my father. This resulted in the owner of the company having to call a complete second set of movers who had to completely unpack my truck and repack it. What should have been a 2-4 hour pack job was a full 13 hour day. The amount of broken and damaged items wasn’t even fully realized by me until I got to my new home and we began unpacking the truck. The owner of the company is aware of the damage and has Photos of the damage but has not replied to us about it. I could not warn you more strongly than this. Pick. Another. Company.

You can expect to have a motivated team that will perform at a high level. This is what they do, and each man assigned to your job will only approach it with a positive attitude. Nothing worse than having movers who don't want to be there. Our men will perform all the services you requested and will go above and beyond for you. If there is any issue, you can always expect someone to answer the phone, whether it be adding more time, or needing additional services.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers do as they feel the need to do. We require you to do nothing you don't want to do. It's very simple, if you want to pack and save time on the cost of your movers, do so. If you don't have the motivation to do anything, let us take care of you. We want to service your move and the more you have us do, the better.
What types of moves have you handled?
We can handle anything. No job is too big or small. We always want to give our customers a competive rate with quality service. This is the only way to do business. We value each customer that decides to utilize our services. We look forward to servicing our future clients.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part of being a mover is to see the satisfaction on our customers faces. Nothing better than to have all of your possessions safely moved from point A to B. What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew member is an experienced mover who moves daily. Our men want to work and look forward to continually add to our overall star rating.
