They were a little late due to the weather, but once they arrived they got right to it. I explained what went where and they just Got'r Done!! Careful, helpful and constantly moving - I'd hire them again!

3 helpers came and loaded up my 26' uHaul in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Very efficient and a nice group of guys. I'd recommend their service to anyone.

Thomas and Charles were fantastic, careful workers. They were prepared with furniture blankets and were very respectful of all my things. Nothing was damaged. They got lost and were an hour late, but we spoke on the phone. They stayed til the job was done. I would hire them again in an instant.

Appointment was set for 2:00pm-3:00pm. After multiple calls, and the company using the excuse they had the incorrect address, they final showed up at 4:20pm. We already had over 1/4 of the Moving Truck unloaded. They did show up with a small dolly. Once there they did stay busy, which we were still helping to get the Moving Truck unloaded, since it was raining in Dallas. The crew was respectful of our property, and goods. No, I would not recommend Man of Steel to any one, or ever schedule them again. I am still waiting on my reimbursement from the extra hour that I scheduled Man of Steel from Hire a Helper, since it automatically withdraws the total amount out as soon as you send a text saying completed.

The 3 men I asked for overall did a good job. The 2 things I would suggest is that they slow down just a little bit and learn how to dissemble high end TV's...they were careful but failed to put the tv stand in the box. I feel they did a good job packing although a little rough in handling boxes with glass, breakable or fragile on them. The 3 were personable and very polite and did take the time to carefully blanket and wrap the furniture correctly and also took the time and effort not to damage things. I asked that some space be left at the rear so I could put some last minute items in and this was done..i would recommend them. They were on time and had what they needed to preform the job and did work hard.

The two guys I hired were suppose to be at house at 10:00am. They showed up at 1:00pm. They worked hard and took care not to damage any items and finished around 5pm. Not showing on time caused great great stress.

Man of Steel Movers were great! They called to confirm a couple days before hand and arrived promptly. Thomas and Sherman worked hard, had a good attitude, were friendly and easy to communicate with. They were polite and respectful. I will absolutely use them again next time I need helpers! I will not be loading or unloading a moving van ever again - best money I have spent in a long time!
