Rigo’s crew was not just amazing, but actually worked miracles with packing my POD. While I fretted that I had underestimated the amount of space I needed, they studied my belongings and fit everything in in exactly the time I’d prepaid for. And they were so cheerful and kind as they worked. Cannot say enough good things about this experience! Thank you!

I would NOT recommend using this company and NOT use Hire a Helper. The customer service is very poor and they charge for time they shouldn't charge for and also charge for stuff that should automatically be provided with their type of business. I was charged for a half hour that I shouldn't have been, but again, they get a buck any way possible.

Our movers showed up right on time and were perfect. We had 2 movers for 4 hours and despite a delay on our end, they still got it done without adding extra time. They were very professional, friendly and did an extremely quality job loading and securing our stuff in the pod unit we had them load. Highly recommend.

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
