These guys were amazing! Not only did they take extra care with our pieces of furniture and personal items, but they loaded and unloaded everything lightning fast. They sent a huge truck that fit all our belongings for our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, and still had some extra space to load some of our outdoor/patio equipment. I would highly recommend them for any size move!

These guys were amazing. I had the truck and the driver to go from LA to Portland Oregon but needed helpers to move everything out and pack the truck. They were on time, very courteous and very skilled at their job. I thought no way they could get it all in the truck but they did and everything stayed put for the 3 day drive. I highly recommend them for any local move or just to help with the move out. And used the same hireahelper on the Portland end too.

I received updates with the time they were arriving which was great to know that the office was on top of it.
They arrived on time and worked the whole time even though I asked about taking a 10min break. They had all the right equipment to use, were careful with our items and were very respectful to my wife and I.

they were thorough, wrapped everything i hadn't totally wrapped. the guys worked hard, and really made sure my stuff was packed in safely and securely. the real test is obviously how everything comes out the other side but for now they were great. i only wish the company would have told me to make sure every piece of furniture and any item not in a box was wrapped so i could have done that myself as the additional time with the movers was more than double my estimate.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
