I cannot say enough good things about Movemasters! Shamaiah, the manager and contact, was just great. So professional. She chose two GREAT movers for us: Marlowe and Jovon.
They were on time; did a phenomenal job. They worked very hard and very efficiently. We had a ton of boxes, but they got them all in perfectly. I recommend them enthusiastically and without the slightest hesitation or reservation. Just GREAT guys!

Showed up on time within the arrival window of 9-10am. Completed the job in 3 hours, with good work ethic and quality work.

Positive Items:
- I was able to talk to someone just after making the reservation to go over everything.
- They arrived early.
Negatives:
- They didn't bring any plastic wrap, which is a service it says they offer on this website.
- They didn't wrap items that I asked them to wrap, so some items were damaged.
- One of the workers started getting upset towards the end and it felt like they were throwing things in the truck.
- The way the truck was packed, many items were placed in a configuration that caused damage.
- They put boxes clearly labeled as Fragile at the bottom of a 5 stack of boxes.
They arrived early and did work quickly. But, they didn't have the plastic wrap to wrap items as well as expected, and although the two guys inside were working well, the guy in the truck seemed upset and many items were not loaded properly.
In previous moves I have done, each piece of furniture was wrapped in plastic to cover the entire item. And after that, if a furniture blanket was needed, one would be added. I even mentions quite a few times to use copious amounts of plastic wrap. Since they didn't have any plastic wrap, they could only use the wrap I already had.
I would not recommend this company if you are moving anything like furniture or other items you have strong feelings for.

Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
