Movemasters is absolutely AMAZING! I hired them to load-up a large pod for my 3 bedroom house. They were able to fit everything in, which I didn’t think was possible. They were on time, very friendly, careful with all of our items and walls. I would highly recommend Movemasters!!

I edited my review as the situation changed, and it ended up being a terrible experience. While we were attentive and watching the Move Masters crew, they were great - they were hardworking and respectful and careful of our belongings ,and some of it was heavy and or awkward. The owner , Shamiah was on site as well and routinely checked in . It seemed like all was going great.They came back a few days later to load a second truck and it was a different story. They seemed to be in a hurry, and damaged a large metal cabinet .When this was pointed out to them, they said they didn't do it, but then said we could file a claim for the damage.
Our trucks arrived a few days later and we were shocked at the disarray. The entire contents fell forward on top of boxes and furniture - it was a disaster! Apparently, after we went back in the house to continue working on things, they stopped wrapping items and just started loading them in the truck, even though we provided many blankets and wrapping materials. They stacked heavy boxes on top of boxes that were marked FRAGILE, causing boxes to collapse .They also didn't use the pull down bars correctly and placed the straps in awkward positions, so the items weren't strapped in correctly and everything toppled forward , They didn't wrap furniture or items on the second truck, causing damage to many many items. Many boxes and items had fallen forward on our mattress, causing it to fold in half. Many of our belongings are damaged and ruined . We are dealing with the HireAHelper company to resolve these issues, but it in no way alleviates the stress and dismay we experienced, or compensates for ruining our belongings. It just extends the stress and anxiety, as we hope that HireAHelper will take care of this fairly. I am so sad as I really liked Shamiah and the crew and am so disappointed at the end results. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone,

Great company to work with and awesome communication.
Showed up on time and it was the first window of the day. We appreciated that since we were doing a 5 hour drive and unload the same day.
From start to finish Marlowe and Kevin did an incredible job. Very efficient, hard working and patient especially it being so early in the morning. Would hire this company again.

Our customers can expect for us to show up on time, usually early, in uniforms and a huge smile on our faces ready to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
