My only complaint is with HireAHelper as a whole. I requested four hours of help and only needed an hour after all. I didn't get any refund for the difference so that was a very expensive hour.

The guys were awesome! They excelled at communicating prior to the move and with their ETA. They arrived within the agreed upon window of time, took a look at the living space and got to work straight away. They were able to get the larger pieces of furniture up three flights of stairs that were quite narrow. They were friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely hire them again!

day of move they were fine. fairly slow moving, and took three hours and i still had to load things when the job should have easily taken two hours. upon arrival to my new place i discovered that they did not wrap any of my furniture as i had asked. almost all of my furniture was damaged in some way or another. giant scratches across my dining room table because they wedged it in between a tool box and a patio chair, and like previously mentioned didnt wrap it in any protective material. my couch was laid on its side on the floor of a uhaul so theres rust and dirt stains on it now. extremely displeased with this service i received.

The guys were wonderful and they unloaded my truck quickly but carefully. They were friendly and asked all the pertinent questions such as where does each piece of furniture and box go? They scoped out all the rooms and labeled them and then all had to do is say which room the item belonged in. I highly recommend them to anyone!
