Owner was helpful, employees were not. Hired labor to pack a container, we just had it unloaded and found TONS of our stuff broken and damaged due to careless packing. Small boxes that clearly said “glass” were on the bottom of the truck, under all kinds of heavy items. Canvas paintings were ripped from other items being placed on them, our grill, entertainment center and numerous containers are trash now. Loading of the truck was a joke; my husband moved more than one of the employees did because he was on his phone so much. If he cared half as much about my belongings as he did his personal phone calls, I’m sure this would have gone much better.
I'm sorry to have heard this. It was stated to me by the movers that he was trying to pack the truck and your husband kept sticking pictures in between items when our loader had ask that you not pack the truck because we do have a certain way we load so that the load is stable. As far as the other mover being on his phone with an emergency call for 10min we did give you an hour off of your bill. Please contact us we would like to resolve this issue. Thanks
