We're on time, we're ready too go, had tools and we're able too move large items. Nice guys, worked hard no complaints too move very heavy items.

Corey Ross and two of his associates helped move into my new apartment on an extremely bad weather day. It was pouring rain but Corey and his team unloaded my 16 ft UHaul truck and moved everything into my way too small apartment as efficiently as could be expected given all the challenges of weather and construction obstacles. They were cheery and polite despite how wet and uncomfortable they were.
They were on time; they were prepared; they worked hard; they were extremely respectful of my property and me; and I would most certainly use them again!!!!
They simply were marvelous despite the bad weather. I would highly recommend them for any move you may have.

They were 3 hours late. I went over the plan to load the truck and they agreed. They worked hard. When I unpacked my stuff, I was astonished by the poor loading. There were heavy boxes packed high and crushing others. Many items were broken and will need to be replaced or repaired.
I am a fair guy, I try to be understandable. They worked hard. But they did not do a good job. I would not use them again.

I usually don't recommend or refer anyone for anything. But I must say that Ross Movers kept me informed of their arrival. They didn't look at how many things had to be moved, they came with an attitude of I have a job to do and I'm going to do it. They were courteous and very respectful. If I had to use them again, I would definitely request their services.
