The guys were on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. They made sure that they were packing, wrapping, and padding my furniture to my liking. My biggest concern was a very large (and very heavy) dresser upstairs. Not only were they able to manuever the 90 degree turn at the top of the stairs and get it down to the first floor and out to the truck, but they did so with apparent ease. They loaded the furniture without wasting any space in the truck. Everything went quite smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

They were actually early! They worked super hard and the job ended up being twice as long as we thought it would be. My only wish was that they had let me know that we ran out of furniture pads so that I could pick up more. Nothing important got damaged, and they tried really hard to keep things safe. Our job was a bear though and I'm very thankful that they were as gracious as they were and kept upbeat attitudes! I would certainly use them again.

They were very late - five hours to be exact - but they contacted me that morning and explained why they were running behind. In addition, they told me that they would be bringing two extra men to help since they were running behind. Once they got to the house, they quickly scanned and then were literally running up and down my stairs moving everything into the PODS. Not only did the load my house into the PODS (maximizing every inch of space in the units) but they also rearranged the items we had loaded into our UHAUL truck, which left us with half of a truck unused!!! They did all of this in TWO HOURS!!!! I was shocked. I had initially booked two men for three hours because I didn't think they could get it all done in two, but they did. They were all very nice and very professional. To my knowledge, I had no damage to my furniture and I know I did not have any damage to my railings or walls. I would DEFINITELY hire them again!!!!

They were right on time, and in addition to the two movers we had requested, a third came to supervise the loading of our truck. They were very thorough in evaluating the situation and figuring out how to best load everything into our truck. We originally thought our belongings would not all fit and we'd have to make two trips, but thanks to their efficient loading, everything fit!! It was miraculous! They were very respectful and very friendly. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who asked.

Arrive basically on time, were not really prepared for the job. They tried to be respectful but they could not manage the heavy furniture and caused lots of damage to both the house and the furniture. Maintained very poor communications with me from the company, I would call and leave a message and they would maybe call back in a couple of days.
