Duck Solution movers were very accomadating to my schedule. All employees were very kind. I ordered 3 employees for 4 hrs, 2 showed up on time, the 3rd 2 hrs late. 2 worked very hard , the 3 rd sat in the car on his cell most of the time he was there. The time ran over by 1 hr because only the 2 were working. Finally, when we arrived at my destination, 4 out of 6 pieces of furniture were scratched. We had 4 dozen furniyure pads, about 2 were used, the rest were neatly folded at the end of the truck. I would not recommend Duck Solutions if you have furniture that you do not want damaged.

The workers were early for my unloading job. They were very courteous and conscientious. They took the time to place all items where we wanted and took care to not damage our hardwood floors. They showed all damage that was caused by the truck to which was appreciated. I would hire them again.

I was in a nightmare kind of state with my moving, when the helpers I hired didn't show up in time. So I gave it a try and looked online for help with not much hope that I would find someone who would be able or willing to take over from where I was left at. Besides that, I would say that 3/4 of my belongings weren't packed, I had to be out of my 2 bedroom place by the next day (did I mention that all this happened on a Sunday??) and I suddenly became aware that the company I rented the truck from gave me wrong advice about the size I need plus it was halfway loaded so I could see that my belongings never ever will fit. To me this entire thing seemed impossible.
WELL ... then I found Sam and his team.
Not only that they were professional and quick like I have seldom seen. They didn't stop working for a minute until the truck was loaded (it was in the upper 90's that day and i tried to talk them into drinking something but they refused until the truck was loaded). Also unloading the truck went in a heartbeat.
This team is unbelievable, not one of them stopped smiling, more they cheered me up right from the minute they arrived.
They are worth every penny and more, .... I could go on and on
No matter what, where ever I might have to move .... THIS is the TEAM I will hire.

We were so pleased to have AB, Sam and two extra helpers come from Duck. We used their services unloading 9 months ago and were sure to ask for them again on the way back last Friday. This time we had Sam pack the truck - he did an excellent job and was finished in record time. We had left some artwork and glass shelves unpacked and the crew took care of that for us as well. When we heard that they would have also driven the truck and unpacked - hung artwork - etc at the other end we were bummed that we didn't know ahead of time for we surely would have paid for the extra.
We would not hesitate to use them again.

3 young men worked hard and FAST to unload our 26ft Moving truck in 2hrs. Very polite and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
The coordinator is very dedicated and she called to confirm the appointment. The day of the move she called to verify the workers had arrived and everything was satisfactory. She called again after the mover to confirm completete satisfaction and finish time of the workers.
The coordinator gave birth the day prior to our move ...now that's dedication!

Originally hired two movers for two hours on HireAHelper. Movers were running about an hour late, they called to let me know. When showed up had five guys and packed my one bedroom apartment into truck in 45 minutes. Were very efficient, had system in place to load the truck and knew what they were doing. After 5 hour drive and unpacking truck everything was still in one piece, no obvious damages. Would definitely recommend.

Timeliness - 2/10. Nearly an hour late both times (I expected this, and at least they showed up.)
Quality of work - 10/10. Amazingly great use of space on truck and intelligent loading that made for no damage of items or movement enroute. Saved me space on truck.
