This was my second use of ProLoad, and, like the first, I was amazed by the quality. On time, very diligent. Where do you get these guys? They all look like professional athletes.

The loaders required a great deal of direction. I was moving apartment furnishings into a pod. It required no trucks, just from apartment into container. The contents were initially not placed to allow for all furnishings within unit. Had to start from scratch twice. Due to rearranging furnishings, lost a good amount of time could have been spent moving other things. Not a very good experience. But, I got what I paid for.

Thank you to my movers. The trailer was parked way to far away (courtesy of the apt complex), with no ramp for unloading and there were lots of stairs up to the 2nd floor. The guys were great and pleasant despite the obstacles. Thanks again!!!

AWESOME! I had 2 helpers to unload a moving truck and carry it up 3 flights of stairs. Professional, courteous, on time service. This is the 2nd time I have used ProLoad and I highly reccommend them. You will not be dissappointed.

Positive remarks are more helpful than negative ones, and I truly try to avoid criticism, but these guys (Kyle and Kevin? Keith?) just did NOT have their hearts in the job. They did what they had to, but nothing more, and there were many small things that were left undone. It was a hard move - rear house, up some steps, so I tipped them well, but I would have liked more thoughtful and attentive help; they acted as if it was a temp job, way beneath them, and they were just sleepwalking through it. ANY job is worth doing well.
