Had to be moved out of my place by noon so had arranged for them to come between 5-6am. Nobody ever showed. Contact number never answered. Try finding help moving at 6am Sunday morning. So disappointed.

The guys arrived exactly on time, despite the distance they drove to get to us. They came with tape to help box our stuff, and carts to move it. They were very friendly, and careful. Nothing was dropped. We had a 16 ft rental truck, and they packed it and strapped in very well. After driving 3000 miles coast to coast on all types of road surfaces and inclines, nothing moved. I certainly would use them again, and recommend them.

The only good thing about their service was that they showed up on time. However, they came to the job unprepared. When I booked the job, I had specifically requested and had confirmed that they would bring plastic wrap to protect my furniture but they failed to do so. I hired Philly's to load a portable storage container and when I was unloading it two weeks later, I saw what a terrible job they had done. My bed frame was scratched, which could have been prevented if they had brought the plastic wrap as I had requested. They disassembled my desk in such a way that it could not be reassembled and I had to throw it away. They even lost screws that would be required to reassemble the desk. DO NOT HIRE PHILLY'S MOVING LABOR. I used Patriot One Movers to unload my storage unit and highly recommend using them rather than Philly''s.

They were on time, They were not prepared for the job. The refrigerator door had to be removed to fit and the 2 young men did not have a tool with them. After I found a pair of pliers, that they were able to make work, the parts on the door got switched that took an additional hour of time that I paid for. Not professional services! Every piece that was handled was damaged. I would never use them again.

I used Philly's twice. They were so good the first time that I called them again and selected them to help me move again. The two guys were thorough in their packing and did a top notch job. I would use them again in a heartbeat. You won't go wrong using them.
