Showed up exactly on time. Worked hard for full three hours in very high temperature without complaint. Truck packed efficiently and securely. Much less damage at the receiving end than when we have used full service moving companies. I would highly recommend Stack in the Box.

Damien and Tyrone were excellent. They arrived ahead of schedule and worked quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and easy to talk to as well. I’m glad they helped me with my move! I appreciated Stack in the Box’s flexibility and promptness when I needed to make changes to my service date (twice!). If I wasn’t moving away from Houston I’d use them again.

Brandon and Tyrone were great! They were early and got started right away. They had obviously done this many times before and were prepared with dollies (regular and appliance) and knowledge (properly taking the couches apart, stacking/protecting furniture in the truck, etc.). Even in the hot Texas summer, they kept going for 2 trips (@ 3 hours). Would definitely recommend again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
