I thought I was hiring experienced movers; 4 young men showed up. They were nice young men but clearly had little training. They were not careful with my furniture even though I told them repeatedly to be very careful. One of them attempted to stand on top of my dresser to reach something in the pod. It is a dresser on legs, mid century. We were able to watch them load one pod but we’re not able to watch them load the 2nd. It was poorly packed to say the least. The next day we unpacked half of it and repacked it and we’re able to put several more things inside. I took pictures. We won’t hire them when we move our things to our new house.

The guys arrived right on time and after a quick assessment got right to work. They were very careful with the furniture and the walls in the house. There were a couple of big pieces that needed to go up a challenging stairway, but they handled them expertly. I would use them again without hesitation.
