The two loaders were very professional and friendly. They waited for me as I had a family emergency so I appreciated the patience. The schedule had been set incorrectly but they were able to still pencil me on the day and I was very grateful. I would recommend them another family.

Mario and Prescott were amazing!! They finished in record time and packed my POD floor to ceiling! Would definitely recommend using Trident Moving Services!!

Not only were they on time but they were early. They called first to be sure that was okay. They were fast and handled my belongings with care. The owner even came out and helped the crew and assembled my beds for me. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that my washer was hooked up to the water and the water was turned on but the drain hose was not hooked up. Luckily my landlord saw this when he was changing out my dryer cord. Not sure how that happened but it could have been a terrible mess.

Both Preston and Casey were fantastic. They were prompt, professional, and polite. They completed the unloading in a very efficient manner and took very good care of our belongings and house while doing so.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, an equipment malfunction set us back almost two hours, but thankfully we were able to free up a truck to get the crew on the road. In this industry, it is sometimes hard to accurately quote the amount of crew members and hours needed without completing a walkthrough prior. We had hoped that extending a discount for the delay, as well as offering to come out first thing the next morning to place boxes where desired and assembling furniture would have made up for the inconveniences. We would have also hoped that our guys still staying more than two hours over the pre-booked time would have helped too. Please reach out to us if there is anything further we can do to help.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm details.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our team arriving at the predetermined time, conducting a walk-through and signing our service agreement/waiver. We wrap/prep furniture if needed as well. Payment is finalized after the completion of the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Having floor protection down, all boxes packed, sealed, labeled and ready to go, having disassembled furniture that needs it (beds, tables, etc.)- we can assist with this on the day of if needed, and appliances disconnected (washer, dryer, fridge, etc.).

What types of moves have you handled?

Micro, local, in-state and out-of-state moves. Have conducted small business/office moves as well.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

We get great satisfaction out of helping with the heavy lifting and assisting with the daunting task of moving overall.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide basic training for our movers to properly prepare and handle your belongings with care, all while practicing safe lifting techniques. We train our movers to load a truck with techniques that maximize all available cargo space, and to use methods that minimize the possibility of the load shifting in transit.
