Had two separate mover hires cancel for a last minute online booking. Hire a Helper called me when they saw the online cancels and said they would call movers and find someone for the next morning move. They called within and hour with a confirmed booking to get my OK and it turned out that these movers did the job for a little less money and I got that difference refunded. The movers showed up within the window expected and got the job done easily within the two hours I pre booked.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team arriving at the predetermined time, conducting a walk-through and signing our service agreement/waiver. We wrap/prep furniture if needed as well. Payment is finalized after the completion of the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Having floor protection down, all boxes packed, sealed, labeled and ready to go, having disassembled furniture that needs it (beds, tables, etc.)- we can assist with this on the day of if needed, and appliances disconnected (washer, dryer, fridge, etc.).
What types of moves have you handled?
Micro, local, in-state and out-of-state moves. Have conducted small business/office moves as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get great satisfaction out of helping with the heavy lifting and assisting with the daunting task of moving overall.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide basic training for our movers to properly prepare and handle your belongings with care, all while practicing safe lifting techniques. We train our movers to load a truck with techniques that maximize all available cargo space, and to use methods that minimize the possibility of the load shifting in transit.
