They were amazing I had Lots of boxes most of them marked. I asked that they group them according to theme - books/ christmas etc. Excellent.
To JC movers & lumper - I realize I paid for a 2 hr min service - however I think it would be great to offer a small bonus back for using less time. I was less than but close to 1 hr! So over $400/hr is a bit pricey!

Ron and Jerome arrived on time, they were very personable and professional. They took great care in wrapping and packing. They really exceeded our expectations. All the work was completed on time as well. I wish we could have these guys on the other end of the move. It was a great experience

My movers showed-up four hours early, due to some miscommunication from the office. I still had a good amount of packing to do. However, they were patient, helpful, and courteous, and we got it all done in less than two hours.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

The two gentlemen that came to help me pack my pod were a perfect team. They were on time they were prepared for the job they worked very hard and were respectful of my things. I would use them again and if they would come to California I would ask them to unpack my pad. JC Movers where is the best Packers, they got all of my stuff into the 7 foot pad I thank them very much they were a delight they made my day thanks again

This second team of movers were wonderful! Eric, Fred, Darryl, and Gene make a great crew! Very hard working. respectful to the homeowner, and did not waste any time. They paid special attention to making sure there weren't any damages. Very happy with their work.

Two workers worked to expectation, but two others were very slow. I expected harder workers and the job to be done faster than it was. A lot of walking around without items being moved and one was on his phone a lot.

Twice now I have used J.C. Movers, more specifically Dionte and Ron. These young men were courteous, well spoken and just plain great! They arrived both times on time and ready to work. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
