Jose and Fernando arrived promptly. They quickly assessed the job and went to work. They literally did not stop for 4 hours straight. They carefully loaded our furniture onto the trailer using card board underneath and our quilts to protect the furniture. I would definitely use them again and certainly recommend them.

Jose and Jorge did a great job. They disassembled my treadmill and wrapped all my large pieces of furniture nicely. The job was complicated by an absolute downpour. They arrived on time and worked hard. I would definitely use them again. Great value.

I have used a few different companies through Hire a Helper and I have to say this was by far the best company I have worked with. The owner called and scheduled an appointment time and the guys were there on time. I however was running late with the truck I had rented. They brought a hand dolley and furniture pads at no extra charge so they already had 50% of my apartment unloaded and sitting organized on the lawn when I pulled up. We have a 2 bedroom apartment but had enough stuff to fill the 3 bedroom apt we moved into. I booked 2 guys for 3 hours since our drive to the new place was only 8 miles away. The two men from Samuel came in shirts identifying themselves with the company name and worked hard until the job was done. My fiancé thought there was no way that it would be completed in 3 hours since I was late with the truck but with 5 minutes to spare the truck was empty, belongings safe and secure in the new place. I did not have them tear down or set up beds since I was not sure how I wanted the rooms configured, but they carried all the pieces and offered to set up. They were very conscience of furniture and walls- even laid a furniture pad down on the new carpet to not track dirt into new place. I didn't get my two helpers first names but wish I did- they were excellent and had a great spirit about helping on a warm weekend morning. Definitely an A+ crew and company!
