On time: No.
Their work: Good
Issue: they were late but gave the hours asked - but needed an additional 30 minutes but they couldn’t leaving my items in the garage. It wasn’t what was the plan and totally inconvenient.
Result - good solid team - wish they came on time and we would have made it work.

They arrived on time and brought two flat/furniture dollies along with a package dolly--this was great. We booked them for 2 hours, had about 12' of goods packed in a 15' U-haul. They finished unloading in 1.5 hours.
One helper was quieter and asked where to put the various items (I was so glad he did that!); unfortunately, the other helper was a bit hastier and loaded/unloaded the dollies without the amount of care I would have preferred...simply leaving boxes where he wanted. He seemed agitated the whole time.
Some property has new scratches or dings, but I can't tell if that's from the loading help or this team (unloading help), so didn't take off rating stars for that.
I would probably use the same company again IF they sent someone else to replace the guy who had the urge to rush and not be as careful.

Walter was on time, prepared, did the work of 3 or 4 men. He and his helper were extremely pleasant and respected my belongings. Walter even took the stand off of my tv. He is an experienced professional. I really haven’t seen anyone work as hard as him. I helped too, and he worked circles around me. I had about 60 boxes, 20 bags, beds, desks, some tables too. He loaded the truck, followed me to MD (from VA) and unloaded everything into a 2nd fl apt in 4 hours. I am still incredulous because of how strong and industrious he was. I would most definitely use him again.

the to workers were on time and got to work immediately. Within an hour, most of the things that we are taking with us were on the truck and packed. The two sofas were the last to be put on truck because my husband had to remove a sliding glass door handle to get them out of the house but the workers got them on the truck wrapped and ready to go. I would recommend Samuel Services for someone needing help with a moving plan.

The two gentlemen who moved my things were fabulous. My goodness they were hard-working! Packed my container like a Tetris - as the saying goes. I booked for 4 hours, they got it done in three. Yeah I paid for an extra hour's worth of service I didn't use, but I didn't mind. I was so relieved when they closed the container and I looked around my house now emptied of a multitude of boxes and furniture, money well spent I chalked it up to.
I had much stress leading up to the move and working with them melted it all the way. As soon as they started working I relaxed knowing I was in good hands.
They were so wonderful I booked them again for the second container I needed to pack a couple weeks later. Even canceling with another company I had hired because I wanted to use Samuel Services again. And next year when I pack my third, and hopefully final container, I'll hire them again.
