Rafael and Christian from New City Moving Company did a great job. They were fast and knew to separate the kitchen from the rest of the boxes to make it easier for us to sort and unpack. They were polite, friendly and really on the ball. We will be sure to call on them when we move again. Thanks guys!

Arrived on time,however one of the guys was in the bathroom for 15 minutes. I marked items that were not to be loaded and I find at my unloading destination that they loaded them. They did not use the 24 pads blankets I provided. Not one inch of stretch wrap was used. My box springs/mattress arrived soiled on one side where they dragged it along the floor of the truck with no pads under or around to protect it. My tv console has a inch long gouge on the front.
These two helpers did not listen to my instructions. I was unable to supervise their every move. I an 75 years old. I do not recommend this company if it employs helpers that do not listen to their customers. I called New City Moving Company to speak to Jonathan Molina-he was unavailable.
Spoke to man who answered phone and he told me he was part owner and wanted to know what I was calling about. He told me if I wanted to protect my box springs/mattress I should have bought a cover for them.
I was unable to get his name. This respond of a part owner indicates the enviorment of this company. I have moved several times and I have never encountered this type of attitudes.
