My only complaint is that when storing stuff in the garage they didn't pack it in well. At the end it was a wall in the doorway with just enough to close the door. This is an oversize 1 1/2 car garage and most of the furniture and downstairs boxes were in the house. The truck (26" box) was full on arrival but that's what the garage looked like after unloading. I wish they had left an aisleway or corner open to help in the sorting priority. I initially was watching in the garage but had to also direct the stuff as it was being unloaded and inside placement. This has been a MASSIVE headache for us, and I'm not exaggerating. Most boxes were labeled but when you can't get to them it's very frustrating.

Travis and Sam did a great job moving all my furniture and boxes into a new apartment, including carrying a heavy couch up seven flights of stairs! They had it all done in record time and were careful with all my belongings, and on top of that they were friendly and polite. Nothing was damaged during the move, not even a scratch. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The guys had a cancellation and office called to see if they could come early since their appointment was from 2-3 pm. It worked out great for them to come this morning. They were prompt, friendly and all furniture removed from pod into house in less than 1 1/2 hours. There were a couple of places on the walls that will have to be patched and repainted that we didn’t notice until after they had left. Work is still being done on outside of house so we will ask them to fix.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to receive a call from a nice knowledgeable moving professional from our local office location that will go over all your details and answer any questions you may have about your move or our company. A week prior to your move you will receive another call from our office. This call will be to ensure nothing has changed and the date, time and scope of work is correct. We do this because many times with moving circumstances change so this helps to ensure we are all on the same page!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will have a professional, trained and licensed crew show up on time and after doing a walk thru with you get right to work. Our movers are also licensed, bonded, insured, actual employee's and we carry workers comp. We also have a local office that you can call or stop by during office hours if you have any issues or questions before, during or after your move!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more time you take to prepare the better. Moving is very stressful and many people moving underestimate the time it takes to prepare to move adding extra stress. This can be avoided by starting early. Pack items you wont need way ahead of time. You can even rent a storage unit (which we have and can help you get one) and pack and move boxes and small items over a little at a time. By starting early and being organized it will make your move much more stressful and it will save you money!

We are the number one trusted moving company in our area and we can do anything moving or storage related. We do full service moving local and long distance and can do small moves such as loading and unloading help or just moving one piece of furniture.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of moving is helping customers move be as stress free as possible and getting a job done right for them!
What training do you provide your crew members?
After going thru an application process we have our movers go thru 2 days of video and office training. Then we have them shadow one of our crew leaders for a week learning the in and outs of moving and how to safely move furniture. And then if they pass we assign them to a crew.
