What can a customer expect after booking with you?

A customer can expect to be at peace. We specialize in making sure every client receives the white glove experience. Sit back and relax while we take all the stress away during the stressful time

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We do not leave until your job is done! From the second we accept your job request we will try and get ahold of you to make sure there isn't anything urgent to discuss. Day of move, we will reach out when we are on the way and we are always sure to be punctual! From there on we do the best job possible to make sure your belongings are well protected, everything is stacked properly, your furniture is transported with care and all disassembly, reassembly services are handled.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure your home is clear of clutter, more clutter less space to work with meaning more time to take on the job! Have a seat prepared so you can sit down and watch the magic!

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled all different types of moves from, local apartment moves, to big pack/unpack local house moves, to long distance moves. We have moved heavy items many of times(Pianos, hot tubs, pool table, etc)

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

I enjoy the process of every clients move. From the beginning, clients are normally very stressed and just ready to get it over with. Within the first hour clients realize they have a team that is taking care of there furniture in ways they can only hope for and it gives a soothing feel. At the end we are done with the home staging part of the move our clients are normally fully relaxed and just happy they have control of there day. To see the frown literally turn upside down is what brings me satisfaction

What training do you provide your crew members?

1 on 1 personal training with the owner. Every part of the crew goes through a month long training to make sure they can one day be capable of doing a job to our standard on there own. In addition we make it a priority to keep our health in order, so we make sure to have at least two gym days a week
