They were on time. From the time they arrived, they said over and over.....the load was not going to fit. The washer and dryer had to be left behind. I had called Doug, to advise of a storage that we could also use help loading. He never responded, about the additional storage unit.
I had a 10x20 U-Haul storage reserved in Utah. When we arrived, I changed it to 10x26. The unload crew emptied the U-Haul. Not even filling the 10x26 halfway. The unloading company agreed to verify how much of the 10x26 was left empty. We have found one broken wood kitchen chair. We also found a trap wrapped item. The 4 legs wrapped separately. we were unable to take the time, so far. to unwrap it. I know it is one of my wood, stone inlayed end tables.
As for calling us to load a storage for you, I am sorry, but I did not get a VM or text about this. I do apologies for that. Sorry we didn't live up to your expectations with trying to get everything loaded safely into a smaller truck.

They arrived on time and reviewed what needed to be loaded and immediately went to work. They protected all goods with blankets and plastic wrap and secured with straps I provided. Very efficient as they completed their work in only 2 hours! Polite and respectful I would use Skyler Moving & Labor, LLC again and highly recommend them to others!

Wow! The best moving company I think I've ever worked with (and that is saying something). I've lived so many places around the country and this company and its employees are top-notch! Wow! They loaded the moving containers like would give any Tetris Champion a run for their money! They were so friendly and respectful and worked without breaks to maximize the time. Highly recommend!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once booked we will contact customer within 24 hours and verify information and set up times. Then 1 day prior you will get a confirmation call to make sure everything is still good to go.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The day we arrive we will introduce our selves and do a walk around with the customer to see what is and not going. Ask if there are anything's they want left out or placed in a certain way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep walk areas clear. If you have any pets please put them in a safe room so we don't trip over them or they run out the door. If customer wants to prep anything like the beds or removing mirrors it's always welcomed. We like to try and make this a family thing.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do all types of moves from 1 item to moving entire office buildings. House, local, out of state, load, unload, pack only, office moves, commercial moves. We are here to help you and make your move an easy transition.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people daily, hearing there stories and packing a truck. I love seeing items that we have never seen before.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training and have monthly meetings on how we can provide better for our customers.
