They showed up on time and worked hard while avoiding any damage to our items or new home. They were friendly and courteous and made unpacking a breeze.

The initial crew did not show at all in the 10-11am timeframe and I was starting to scramble and panic. I had a U-Haul van for only 4 hours and figured I would be late returning it on time (by 1:30pm). After several phone calls I finally found out that the first crew had gotten into a car accident and couldn't make it, but they got ahold of a second crew who could arrive between 12-1pm. Thankfully they arrived closer to 12 and were awesome and fast, so we managed to make it all work and I got the U-Haul returned in the nick of time. The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because that second crew was awesome and saved the day, and the folks on the phone were really trying to help. But the overall experience was really stressful.

I was let down by my original contracted moving company when they could not keep their promises and I was forced to make a last-second search of the internet for move-in help. I was skeptical I would get good service if any at all. Was I wrong!!! Great service, on-time, fantastic communication by office staff and by the movers themselves to let me know ETA's and progress. I will use them FIRST when I need moving labor help next time for sure.

Everything & everyone associated with Sunrise Moving from start to finish was amazing! The phone follow up was friendly and efficient. Our movers, Trevor and Riley were awesome! The guys were great. They called me ahead of time that they would be 5-10mins late which was nice and respectful. They did a good job moving all the items in the space and went above and beyond to setup as well.

They were really great help. I paid for 2 movers and they sent 3 for the same price. They packed all the furniture into my Penske truck very efficiently. I had a 16' truck and they packed all my furniture into only half the truck, and tied it all up with a latch very tightly. I also had them booked for 2 hours and they finished the job in 40 minutes. They helped wrap my tv and were really nice and helpful. None of my furniture was damaged and the entire process was very smooth. I'd definitely recommend First Choice Movers.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Minimize miscellaneous contents by having loose items properly boxed and labeled. Disassemble any bed frames or difficult items to get through door ways to save time and money on your move. Give the movers direction on where you want certain items.
