I am not and. Did not authorize a prepaid move. The mover was a rude animal who threatened me and took all the small boxes, threw them in a 15 ft uhaul, screaming at me and was going to call police if I didn’t sign his paper. I was polite and told him he had the opportunity to speak to the agent who sent them and he refused. I have stacks of boxes piled five feet high in the apartment living room. Josh smelled like he never bathed and got in my face several times. I am 70 . Do you think this is ok? I have a whole house of stuff to be moved and I have to vacate on Monday. What would you do ? I have never seen a move hostile man, and a crew he let throw my boxes in and out of the truck. I have no desire to pay for his abuse, and I will take him to court if needed. I only hope you don’t ever do this to another customer. Shame on you, yes I was scammed!

Hello. We realize you were unhappy with the service we provided. We understand, too, that all of these claims are false. We aim to always provide the utmost moving service. 99.9% of our reviews show we take pride in every move we do. Unfortunately this was not an ideal move for either of us. I do apologize that you didn't understand the terms and conditions of said move. You were not scammed. You approved pre payment upon scheduling this move. No one at any point got in your face and yelled. We endured much yelling and name calling from your end. We apologize to anyone reading this review and hesitant to book. I can assure you, you'll get the best service possible with the best crew possible. We do not "throw items in and out of trucks". We handle your belongings with care at all times.

They were professional and worked extremely hard. I knew it was going to be a challenge to pack everything in the uhual and they packed everything super tight in a short amount of time. I was very impressed.

They were on time friendly and knew what they were doing. They loaded the POD very efficient and quickly. All this with no damage. I HIGHLY recommend them. Experience and pride really did show in there work.

Amazing! Paid double rate per hour for Colorado movers and they didn't have half the hustle of these guys. Really friendly and treated items as if they were their own. Definitely recommend!
