Prompt, hardworking, and efficient. But the best part was the guys themselves. Their friendly no-problem manner took all the unpleasantness out of an otherwise stressful day. The dispatcher is easy to deal with too. I would absolutely hire them again.

The movers were on time (a little early even! ), friendly, efficient, and very careful with my belongings. They unwrapped all the furniture so I could quickly return the truck and moving blankets after they finished unloading. It made moving in a much better experience than moving out - I had friends helping load the truck. I'll never subject my friends to that torture again! Masters Moving is the way to go.

We hired Masters Moving to load our rental truck and the three young men who provided this service did so with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. These young men were on time, very polite and considerate, and took great care in handling our belongings. We contracted them for two hours but they were done in one.
Also, the gal I worked with to finalize the reservation, Andrea, was a delight to work with. She made the entire process easy. She contacted me the morning we were expecting service to alert us the crew were on their way. Again, extremely professional and wonderful to work with.
The service this time around was for my parents. My wife and I will be moving into a house in the spring of 2015 and there is no doubt in my mind we will be hiring Masters Moving again. :-)
