The. Crew did a great job loading the trailer but my issue is with the hours charged. They took a break and charged me for the time. I felt productivity slow down nearing the end of the 5 hours which lead to an additional 2 hours charged. Don’t like to feel “taken advantage of “.

Our crew was scheduled for 5 hours. We stayed for 8 to make sure your load was completed. Our crew did in fact take a break, due to the length of the order, snow, and low temperature. You were only charged for 7 hours of service despite our break being far less than an hour.
We sincerely apologize if there was confusion with the billing.

Two Brothers Relocation are GREAT. They were on time (within the in the hour window) and were prepared to get right to work. My furniture was wrapped and well padded. I would suggest they bring a supply of furniture blankets and wraps as well as tie downs and bungee cords. It's hard for a person like me to know how many blankets and wraps to purchase. Most blankets/wraps can be washed and reused a number of times. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with all the blankets/wraps I had to buy. Overall, I was pleased with their work. I would use them again. Thank you.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We reach out via phone, email, and text to introduce ourselves and verify job details. We will work with you closely to ensure your relocation needs are met, and ultimately make your move as stress free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with our time of arrival once we are en route. We will arrive in uniform, with dollies, straps, and hand tools. Face masks and gloves are always available during covid-19. We will ask for a walkthrough to establish a plan in order to clarify your needs and execute a flawless move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed service for: -Long distance moves as far as Mesa Arizona, Florida, New York -Local Residential homes including packing/unpacking , loading/unloading , in home swaps , truck swaps -Special items such as gun safes, upright pianos, pool tables, antique China hutch, arcade machines, small engines, motorcycles, ride on mowers etc. -Loading pods and semi trailers to maximize efficiency and save our customers money.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We utilize our personal storage unit to train our helpers. We then allow ride alongs, gradually working our way up until the individual is skilled enough to handle a customer's belongings.

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
