Bryce and his crew were magnificent. They were timely, polite and very easy to work with. The crew worked efficiently and with good spirits. There were no complaints even with multiple anvils and heavy equipment. In addition to serving my move well, Bryce showed great compassion with an elderly neighbor who needed assistance in lifting a broken lawnmower into a vehicle. Lots of hustle and hard work on display. Regarding our furniture, they showed the highest care in moving the pieces, some which were very old and fragile. A very old sofa was structurally damaged in transit (and not their efforts) and they helped document the damaged areas for us. They were tremendous movers and I could not give them a higher reference….well done, guys! Thank you.

They were 1 hour and 9 minutes late.
I was told by the office and these guys they would get done in the time I was quoted. It took them an extra hour.
I didn’t feel they worked hard. They were out at their car a lot. I think one had a child issue. Not sure.
I explained I thought I was going into a small house. 2 bedroom. I didn’t. I got a 4 bedroom.
So I asked them to put craft, Christmas and albums upstairs. I have about 10 boxes of albums. Only 3 went up stairs. Only a couple of craft boxes went up.
I’m 75. So taking those things up is going to be very hard on me.
There was only one set of bedroom furniture and one smaller wardrobe. The knob was broke off the door.
I would not recommend them or your company to anybody. They only quote low hours to reel you in.
It cost me three times as much for them to unload as it did for me to load in Kentucky.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We reach out via phone, email, and text to introduce ourselves and verify job details. We will work with you closely to ensure your relocation needs are met, and ultimately make your move as stress free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will contact you with our time of arrival once we are en route. We will arrive in uniform, with dollies, straps, and hand tools. Face masks and gloves are always available during covid-19. We will ask for a walkthrough to establish a plan in order to clarify your needs and execute a flawless move.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed service for: -Long distance moves as far as Mesa Arizona, Florida, New York -Local Residential homes including packing/unpacking , loading/unloading , in home swaps , truck swaps -Special items such as gun safes, upright pianos, pool tables, antique China hutch, arcade machines, small engines, motorcycles, ride on mowers etc. -Loading pods and semi trailers to maximize efficiency and save our customers money.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We utilize our personal storage unit to train our helpers. We then allow ride alongs, gradually working our way up until the individual is skilled enough to handle a customer's belongings.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
