The three guys were wonderful. However, we paid $200. extra surcharge for moving our baby grand piano and they had never moved a piano before--not their fault. They dropped it twice!--again, not their fault. Although respectful and kind, they did not know how to move a piano!

I am satisfied with the work Jay's Moving Service did. There was a problem when the service was initiated - labor shortage; laborers not working on Sunday. This was resolved and the work completed in the two-hour slot.

I called the day of the move to confirm they would be there at 1:00 pm and and they asked if they could come earlier. We agreed that they would get there at 11:30 am. By the time they showed up it was 2:30 pm.
The 2 movers we nice enough but they didn't work efficiently and after their 4 hours were up they said the container was full. I went to check on the container and was amazed on how poorly it was packed. My wife and I spent the next day repacking the container and added at least 30 more moving boxes and assorted pieces of furniture into the 16' container. This was the absolute worst use of money and time I have ever spent on moving. I feel completely ripped off and would NEVER use this company again.

Had scheduled and confirmed them to arrive between 10am-11am, they arrived at 2pm. That was the only problem we had all day. The rest of the job was done well and quickly. We actually booked them for 3 hours and they only took 1.5 hours to complete the work.
