The two gentlemen were very nice and very fast, and on time. Instead of 4 hrs it only took 2 hrs.
Being new to this I booked 4 hrs. My only complaint is I should of only had to pay for the 2 hrs and not the full 4 hrs. That is why the Company is only getting 4 stars instead of a 5 star rating.

1. They team showed up about 30 min early and I was not there since I had times things for that day. So I got billed for time that the team just sat waiting for me. If they are going to be there at a time different than requested I should have gotten notification.
2. The person I talked to on the phone seemed to be less than interested in the info I was giving them two days prior on the amount of stuff I had. This resulted in my paying over double to original cost.
3. The actual moving team did a fantastic job with what they had to work with. The entire job took 13 hours (2 people that should have been 3) and we ran into adversity at the new destination. The team took it professionally and got it done. Very respectful of my property taking precautions to protect breakable items.
4. My recommendations for this company (or for that matte any moving company) is they should actually have an experienced mover come out and do an actual survey to determine number of people. The truck I had was too small and we ended up having to use the U-Haul I had rented to move those items that I wanted to take extra care of.

2 hours late, put a noticeable hole in the wall, found wood chips from various pieces of furniture, they did try to be helpful and were very nice.

The movers showed up on time and they were very nice and curious, however after they left I noticed I had many areas on my walls that will need painted and other areas that will need patched due to careless moving. Trash they created was left on my porch.
