Hired Moving Out to unload a 16' rental truck full of household goods into a storage unit. Great communications during the days before the job, confirming location and start time. The crew arrived early and were ready to go to work. Took good care with our belongings, neatly stacking them into storage, being extra careful with fragile items like boxes with Christmas bulbs and glassware. Cheerful and courteous from start to finish, took 3 men a little over an hour and they made it look easy. I will use them again and recommend them based on my excellent experience.

Jason and his crew of two were on time and completed the job within the time period I paid for. The job was to load a storage container from a second floor loft room and a bedroom on the first floor. They were careful and they packed the container efficiently so that all of the items that I wanted to load fit into the container. I have them scheduled for two more jobs and will be hiring them for additional jobs in a few months.

The company called the day before to confirm their arrival time the next day. They crew arrived early and got to work unloading our rental moving truck. They were courteous, efficient, and careful with all of the furniture and boxes. They were able to complete the job in less time than anticipated. Great job and great guys. Recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.

THE GUYS WERE WONDERFUL! FAST, SKILLED, POLITE, AND CONSIDERATE OF ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY MOVED ME IN LESS THAN 4 HOURS (WHICH WAS MORE THAN I BOOKED THEM FOR) AND DIDN'T COMPLAIN WHEN WE HAD TO MAKE 2 TRIPS. I WAS LATE BUT THEY STARTED THEIR JOB TIME WHEN THEY STARTED LOADING THE TRUCK, NOT WHEN THEY ARRIVED ON SITE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE MOVERS! RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

First, the crew that came out was wonderful. They called me but my phone was not attached to me at that moment...he called to tell me about a slight issue they were having but that they were on the way. I hired 4 guys but 3 came (had heavy item). The 3 that came did the job as perfectly. They were on the ball and had everything moved very quickly and efficiently. I couldn't keep up with them. I hired the crew for 2 hours and well within that time frame they had everything that we wanted moved done. We needed labor more than actually moving.
Secondly, the process to hire was a little confusing and a bit daunting. I wound up with companies that were like an hour and half away from me but I don't live in a metropolitan area either. I had to sift thru them to find the closest movers who were still at least about 40-45 mins away.
I would recommend Hire-A-Helper because I was able to get movers within a few days (nothing like waiting til the last minute) and the crew I got was great. It was just a tad confusing at first but now it all seems easy.
