At first, I was a little disappointed because the guys were supposed to put together the beds and mirrors on the chest of drawers, etc. as part of our moving in agreement. Part of that was on me because I was busy with other things and didn't check to see if they had completed the work.

After the guys left and I discovered those things weren't done, I emailed Jason who runs the company. Jason was very responsive and asked what he could do to resolve the issue. Since I was partly to blame, I didn't want a partial refund but said I would contact him if I could think of anything.

As it turned out, I did have some items that I needed moved to the upper level and some items I needed moved out to the garage. I called Jason and he and a crew came out and helped me with my items, and even helped me set up a heavy glass dining table on its frame. Jason is a man of his word and was determined to make things right.

Things can't always go perfect, but when there's a problem, this is how you handle it. This is what customer service is all about! I highly recommend them. They provide a very useful service because not everyone needs a full service mover, especially for smaller jobs.

The lead mover worked hard but we are concerned that items were not secured enough in the containers since no straps were used and hoping there is no damage.

We gave them a tour to let them know what needed to be removed and still had to keep reminding them of things they weren’t remembering to put in.

We feel we had 1-1/2 movers instead of 2.

The 2nd worker, Bam, moved very slowly, and did more watching and looking at his phone than was acceptable. He would take 3-5 minutes to go to the basement and bring up a box.

We prepaid for 3 hours and ended up paying for an extra 2 and we are convinced it could’ve been done in 4 if it hadn’t been for Bam. The last hour my wife and I had to help to make sure we didn’t pay for 6.

We are both in our 60s and purposely hired your movers so we wouldn’t have to do heavy lifting.

We are not pleased with the service we paid for. We were going to tip them each $30 but decided to hand it all over to the main mover.

Very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Mover's response:
I’m sorry if you had a bad experience with my team. However you are are supposed to provide your own straps. And on the work order it says only a container not two containers for two men to load up. If there is anything that I can do to fix this just give me a call. Again I’m sorry that you were not pleased with our company

We had a great group to unload our moving trucks. They had a wonderful attitude despite the very hot weather and heavy furniture … and lots of it! They showed up early to the job and kept in communication throughout the process. I would recommend the company and we had a very good experience.

My crew are trained on customer service, stress management, moving and labor. Although we are a moving company. Positive customer service and consistency is a must for moving out !
