They were not on time. The job before us ran over but they stopped the job they were in to get to us. They were kind of rough with our stuff but they managed to pack everything in the truck we got and nothing was broken. Even though they were not on time they moved very quickly and were still done by the original 2 hour limit. I couldn't ask for better results. All in all they did a great job.

Workers all showed up on time and were very professional. They unloaded my 28 ft. trailer with care in less than 2 hours and put all my boxes and furniture exactly were instructed. They even helped in assembling my Sauna. I would recommend them to anyone in need of moving labor help.

Bo, Caleb, Trey and Josh were very courteous, professional and hard working. They went right to work and packed our Pods as full as they possibly could. Hopefully I won't have to change this rating once we unload them, because they we very good.

I do not recommend. Two stars for showing up and doing some work.
Mr. and Mrs. Bennett (the bosses back at HQ, ZERO stars). The movers showed up and spent the first hour talking about not being able to move a 300 lbs plastic hot tub, because it was too heavy for them and their company. Their limit is listed as 400 lbs on the website but they told me it was 250. They said they usually would charge an extra $150 but if I could get a friend or two they'd only charge $100 extra. What? The guys told us they could only work an hour over instead of the listed two. No power tools for disassembly, so it took a solid hour to take a bunk bed apart. Smoke breaks were frequent, both on and off the truck. And the two guys bickered, a lot. It took an hour and a half to load the first item onto the truck. Mr. Bennett called me because he knew that I wasn't happy. He laughed and tried to make jokes. I didn't need or want to hear jokes. He even told me, "you didn't tell us that you had a **** safe". Uh, it was a 300 lbs hot tub, not a safe. I guess he had me on speaker, because a woman in the background mentioned stopping the work, and Bennett tried to talk me into just telling them to leave. We'll, my house was selling in less than 24hrs, and I just asked that they work harder and faster. It just wasn't a good experience at all. The young kid was polite. The other gentleman complained constantly about the hot tub and their company policy of 250 lbs weight limit, and that we didn't have enough furniture pads (we had 12, they didn't even use 4 of them). Then they didn't even bother to wrap or pad multiple items. I wound up calling Bob's moving, and that actually saved me. Bennett's was disappointing and looked for add ons and more $. And also reasons not to do the work. A $500 bill for about $250 worth of work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a confirmation call from our friendly office staff within 24 hrs. of booking your request. They will go over the details and address an questions or concerns you may have. We also do a confirmation call the day before your move, just to check in and make sure everything is still on schedule and re-confirm address and start times.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day your crew leader will give you a call at least 30 minutes out. Please let them know if there are any special parking instructions or changes. Our crews bring dollies with them on all jobs. They will also bring a protection package including rope, tape, and plastic shrink wrap available for purchase if you would like to utilize our supplies.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please make sure to provide at least 1 moving blanket for each Item of furniture we will be loading. The crew will utilize them to protect your cherished belongings from any damage during your drive.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are a full service moving company. We can handle any type of moving help you may need. We do local and long distance loading/ unloading. No job is too big or too small.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is the customers. We have met so many great people over the years. We have hundreds of repeat customers. It always great to see them again and see how their family's have grown or changed.We know moving is stressful so we do our absolute best to make our part as easy and seamless as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members are thoroughly background checked before they are hired. Upon being hired we make sure they are fully trained and able to complete the work before they step a foot into the first home.
