Due to systems glitch or something they did not receive the order. Therefore we had to call Derek and ask whether the helpers are coming. They arrived at 11:44 and left at 1:25. Two hard working young man

Mover's response:
Mam I do apologize for the mix up. But that is not our fault we didn't receive ur order until this morning. HH said it was something with ur credit card declined and you had to submit another card, so that's probably what held up ur order from reaching us until this morning. That's something you have to work out with HH we dont processes orders, we only can do the jobs of the orders we receive. My guys did a great job by ur words and deserve I think more than 2 stars, it would be a shame to let our hard work go unnoticed due to something technical between u and HH.

An initial call, to set up your order details. Help with making sure you have everything in order that you need to make your move go smoothly.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We start off with a call, to make sure you're ready for us to come to your home and also to let you know that we're in route to your location.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

You should make sure you have enough blankets "moving blankets" to cover your furniture, it's always best you have more than enough, then not enough. Straps, tie downs and have all your belongings packed and ready to go this will allow your move to go faster and smoother and cost you less money and when we arrive just sit back have a cup of coffee or a beverage of your choice and watch us make it vanish like majic.
