A Touch Above arrived when they said they would. Part of our move included an upright piano - we arranged for that and the team was ready. The piano was loaded safely and securely, and made the interstate trip with no damage - along with all of our other furniture and belongings. I highly recommend A Touch Above Moving and Cleaning Services LLC - they made the loading part of our move stress-free.

The scheduling was very easy and when I had to change the appointment they quickly accommodated me. Before arrival, a crew member notified me that they'd just finished a job and gave me the exact time they would arrive. The crew did a wonderful job packing the POD. We were amazed at how much they fit into it. Plan to use them to unpack. No hidden cost. Notification is sent when the two hours are almost complete. In that notification the amount is given for overtime. Again, no hidden costs.

This 5-star review is for the workers (Will, Bill and Sam). They arrived on time and worked diligently to get my belongings moved out of my trailer and into my apartment. They finished in record time with an 1hr 15min left to spare. They did not complain at all in this heat!! Would recommend hiring the workers only.
The owner on the other hand is less to be desired. Be advised that he has a policy of not reimbursing unused time, which is very poor in my opinion. I prepaid for 3 workers and 3 hrs of work. This vendor has a 2hr min but I prepaid for an hour just to be safe. This is my first time using this service so I didn't know that vendors have different policies when it comes to unused time. The workers finished the job in 1hr 45min which is well above the time I prepaid for. They left once the job was complete. I called the owner to see if my unused time would be reimbursed and he stated NO! But if the workers had worked an extra hour, I would be required to pay for it, no freebies. Both my husband and I are veterans. He treated us like garbage and argued that the extra time was not going to be reimbursed because of HIS policy. Then tried to justify the policy by applying items like paying his workers for gas. Paying for gas is included in the base amount and has nothing to do with extra work time. It's like he's punishing the customer for the workers doing a good job. He was willing to refund 30min of time once I told him that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. Of course I did not take that deal. After going back and forth with him for almost an hour, he finally decided to refund the entire amount if I was willing to give him a 5-star review. Of course I did not take that deal because it is not fair to his employees that worked so hard but would not get paid for their hard work. That would not be fair to them, this is the type of person this owner is!! Well this 5-star review is for the workers, not the owner! If you want to hire the workers directly, I would suggest you do so. Other than that BUYER BEWARE!!!
