the two gentleman that came were great and respectful. They ensured everything waa packed to maximize space on the truck as penske gave me a larger truck than expecteds... I had a lot of room. they secure everything and cleaned up and were awesome. would definitely recommend.

Before starting, they complained that there were two containers...
One of the workers started calling someone and complained and made me speak with Hire A Helper after close to 30 minutes of not starting the jot after their arrival.
I advised Hire A Helper that the two containers were ordered and HIre A Helper engaged at the same time, to load and unload.
Also, I advised that the two containers were filled by two people in less than 2.5 hours and I sent the two workers early.
Two workers stated there is no way that that two containers could be filed by two works in less than 2.5 hours as he worked for 16 years etc.....
After convincing that I will pay for any extra hour needed, Hire A Helper began to unload.
When the helpers started to work, I requested them to place few items first in the garage as I wanted to use the garage as a staging area due to the rain, and they complained that I am making them work twice.
Which was strange as I thought I had them engaged for 3 hours regardless of how that 3 hours were spent...
They finally did as I requested and found that the work was going quickly and finished the job again before the 2.75 hours which is less than that was allotted.
Before submitting your review, one might reasonably ask whether the broader body of feedback on this page was considered—or whether a singular narrative was chosen to represent a job that was, in fact, completed professionally under hazardous conditions on Monday, March 16 at 8:00 AM, during one of Georgia’s most severe weather events.
To add a bit of context: the original order was for one container, but upon arrival, two were ready. We made several attempts to connect prior to your move starting on Friday, March 6, 2026, but weren’t able to reach you, so our team took a brief moment on-site to confirm everything before getting started—just to make sure we were all on the same page.
Once that was squared away, it was go-time.
The job was completed within the scheduled timeframe, under some very “Georgia-style” conditions—rain, hail, and tornado warnings all making an appearance in one day. Not ideal, but the team showed up ready and got it done.
For clarity:
The person you interacted with was the owner, Mr. Sharp, who is present to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
The crew was referred to as “HireAHelper,” but the service was performed by Simply Satisfied Logistics
Your move was completed successfully with no damages reported
The crew was also tipped, which we genuinely appreciate
We did pause briefly (about 30 minutes) due to heavy rain for safety, stopped the clock, and resumed as soon as conditions cleared—still finishing within the scheduled time.
At Simply Satisfied Logistics, we take pride in delivering consistent service—even when the weather decides to add a little extra excitement.
And if there’s one thing to take away—when Georgia brings rain, hail, and tornado warnings all in one day… we still show up and get it done. At this point, we’re just waiting to see what else the forecast wants to try.

One of our most notable moves involved relocating a client from Atlanta, Georgia, to Augusta, Maine. For this fully furnished three-bedroom home, our skilled three-person crew managed packing, disassembling, transporting, and reassembling the furniture with care. We carefully packed 40 boxes of various sizes, along with 10 mirror boxes, 10 dish pack boxes, and 4 TV boxes, ensuring all items were secure. Despite facing snow and adverse weather conditions, our dedicated team stayed committed.
