They were 2.5 hours late.
They didn't know how to load a truck and I ended up with almost everything damaged and only half the truck filled. It cost me another $2K to have a different service come and finish the job.
I definitely would not use them again.

My appt time was 9-10am. The guys showed up ready to work with a start time of 10:34am. They were very respectful of my belongings. Took care to wrap all of my precious furniture in moving blankets and cellophane (provided by me). They packed that 16 ft POD floor to ceiling and got all of the furniture, including a studio piano, in there. The only damage I found was to a cheap shoe rack that shifted during the move of the POD preventing the door from being opened. All four guys worked hard, and consistently. Nobody was slacking or taking breaks. I definitely would hire them again!

we are disputing charges we only used them from 2:05pm to 4:15 pm/
The men were two hours late we were told they would be to our place between 11am -12pm and didn't show till 2pm.
when they arrived one of the men smelled of alcohol and couldn't lift or walk much. The other worker was on the phone for over
40 mins total and not working. The two men fought alot because the one with alcohol couldnt lift and wouldnt help much.
Our daughter and I had to help and we hired professional people so we didn't have to move us. They tore up our wall because they wouldn't listen to us and let us remove the legs.
They dropped and damaged our freezer, and dressers, they wouldnt use the move blankets unless we made them. we provided them for move. they wouldnt use the Dolly we provided and that is part of the reason they dropped our funiture. That and being intoxicated.
Both complained of having back issues, and being retired.
We were told by Hire a helper that they were sending professional movers. THEY WERE NOT Professional in any way at all.
Then when we told them to they were done in two hours and 15 mins (which was the minimum time we had to use them. when we called and told there boss he was rude and cussing and said he didn't care we had to pay for 4hours. we didn't need them for 4 hrs and they weren't doing the job like they were suppose to at all.
We were NEVER TOLD WE HAD TO PAY FOR 4 HRS IF WE DIDNT USE IT. We never at anytime said we needed them for 4hrs.
and NO contact was ever signed with this company or hire a helper.
The moving service had no right to take the full amount for 4hrs. they were only suppose to take the 2hrs and 15mins that the men were used.
we had to finish the move our self and we are going to dispute all charges . And have.

They were not prepared at all. 3 people came as planned but one left in first 15 minutes. Other two were ready to quite in the middle of move. Truck broke in the middle of move. Lot of furniture was damaged.
They were on time & remaining two guys worked hard but only one was experienced person. They were respectful to us. Management of this company is very poor. No one returned the calls when called repeatedly during move for questions & issues.
Management of this company didn’t ask us enough questions to asses how much time & how many trips it will take for move.

Honestly, the guys were hard workers, friendly, and showed up on time BUT holy cow they were not professional movers. They were slow, not because they weren't working hard but because they didn't have the knowledge to be efficient. They didn't bring moving straps for example. They didn't understand how to load the truck appropriately either, for efficiency or common sense. For example putting a ladder on top of a nice dresser with no protecting the dresser top or putting an item that has lots of empty space and then not filling the empty space with boxes.
So, really nice guys who have clearly not gotten any training and for $100 an hour for 2 guys i expect a bit more.

Very professional and very efficient. They took care of all the moving in just under 2 hours. Very respectful of my property and followed every bit of my requests about placing various furniture in the rooms exactly like I requested. Definitely would use them again.

One of the men were drunk and arguing with the other man. I settled their large volume voices by stating we do not yell in our home.
Then they arrived at 1:20p departed at 3:30p
I feel the additional charges are Ridiculous
Dave was a perfect gentlemen. I asked for help in different rooms, I’m splitting my home contents into two homes they had a hard time figuring that direction.

We have done moves of all types loading and unloading of trucks, trailers and pods to driving rental trucks out of town and also office and warehouse relocation.
