The two movers were awesome and fast!! They were courteous and respectful. I was disappointed, however, that the company did not reach out to me to let me know that the guys would be late getting to us due to a mix up with their schedules. They were 2 hours late.
They let me know that they were running a bit late, and to offset that, they showed up with additional helpers. Quick and efficient, they were excellent; an asset for anyone looking for help moving.

My apartments were being very difficult and required me to have my Pod very far from my apartment, and Carter Moving and Home Improvement were very understanding and helpful as I am disabled. These guys were awesome! They were there to help us unload our U-Haul truck. We were running late because our first movers (one way move) were running late. They agreed to stay past the hours that they regularly provide service and they unloaded our truck quickly in professionally. Not a scratch on our stuff. And pleasant attitude all the way!!!!

He had 3 young guys, total of 4 men , they unloaded my 16" container in less than 2 hours, set up my beds, attached the mirror to the dresser, and unwrapped all furniture of the protective plastic wrap!
