Thought they did a great job until we got to our final destination. We made sure our belongs were packaged properly and supplied them with all the moving blankets and tie downs and straps to ensure our furniture would not get scratch or dented. Nothing in the boxes packed by us was broken or scratched but our furniture did not fair so well. They were very nice and respectful men we just wished they did more to ensure our furniture was more secure and well protected.

My moving labor helper was amazing. I reserved three hours of his time and due to my underestimating the time it would take to move my stuff, it took a few hours longer. He was courteous, punctual, worked super hard and stayed positive the whole time (given the NYC heat and the that my apt was a walk-up)--no attitude or complaints. I kept asking him if he wanted to eat lunch, but he just wanted to keep going. I was glad to have his help. I would definitely use this service again.

My roommate and I both used these movers at different times/dates. She paid for 3 movers, only 2 showed up. And they were lost and she had to pick them up. She had a horrible experience...but I already booked the movers as well. A few days later, I had the same two movers. Though they were lost, they were only a few minutes late. Per my confirmation, I was told/agree on certian terms, that were not met. My movers were supposed to follow my Uhal to my destination (new house), but they didn't have a car, and told me that they thought they were just there to load my Uhal. It all worked out...but it was not easy....if you have a choice, find a more reliable group.
and the mover never were lost you roommate give us one address ,when the mover was there in the address she needed one from us to pick up and drive the truck from u-haul Location at different address where we don't have idea ..this was the history with your roommate... about your one point review you tape one point review only because we don't have a car thank you

CNS Movers were amazing.
The foreman, Chris (Christobal) was professional, nice and prepared. He had some tools so when I needed a hex key that I had packed to disassemble a futon, he was ready to help. He was also a truck packing GENIUS. He was able to fit our 2 bedroom apartment ALMOST into one tiny 10' truck. (and we have a lot of stuff) It was a 10 block move, and they completed the entire thing in 3 hours- I was amazed at how fast they worked. The 3 other guys he brought along were incredible, hard working, nice guys.
Not one thing was damaged, and we were done in no time.
The next time I move, I'm hiring CNS again, they were rockstars!

Had to move a 2 bedroom apartment. Worked with 2 guys from CNS. They showed up 20 minutes EARLY and they worked diligently without any breaks. Very friendly and they were very efficient.

CNS came to complete second half of a move from storage POD. A little late arriving, but they called to let me know. No problem. Worked quick and were pleasant to deal with. I would hire them again.

Movers came 20 minutes late, but they stayed 20 minutes later to make up for it. we had a lot to move, and they did a good job of getting it done in 2 hours. They were professional for the most part (1 of the workers asked if he could have some of the bottled water that i was drinking out of, which i didn't like). They seemed organized and knew what they were doing when it came to packing a moving truck. They also directed cars around the truck when people honked bc they didn't think they could make it around, which I really appreciated.
If the move ended there, I would have given them a recommendation. The reason I'm giving them only three stars was because of what I saw when I unloaded the truck (I unloaded it by myself). A number of the boxes that were clearly labeled THIS SIDE UP with arrows were upside down. They put the heavier boxes - which were clearly labeled HEAVY in black marker - on the top, which crushed the lighter boxes that were on the bottom. So while they saved me a ton of stress loading the truck, I ended up with a lot of crushed boxes that were upside down at the end of the day.
Reading through other reviews, I noticed that CNS has a penchant for blaming the customer for any mistakes. I can only say that the mistakes here were fairly simple. If the boxes were loaded differently, I would have been extremely satisfied. But they weren't.
