The CNS team arrived ahead of time and worked efficiently and carefully. They emptied a loaded 14 foot rental truck in 1:45. They were courteous and accommodating and took care of all delicate items without any damage. They come highly recommended.

The two fellows who helped me were pleasant and patient not to rush the job and break something. I appreciated this approach. They took my instructions quite willingly, also much appreciated. While a piece of furniture was broken, I believe the mistake was innocent and the helper pointed out the breakage to me. This was a very old piece of furniture and quite delicate. I probably could have wrapped it up better, I think. It is always nice to meet a moving man who will not try to hide his mistakes, and in this case I have to say the mistake was a shared one; therefore, I am giving this company a high rating. I would use them again. I will also add that the two young men who helped me (they are from Equador) gave me a positive impression of their country, which I have never visited, based upon their pleasantness and their flexibility to follow the directions of the customer...to do things exactly the way they were asked.
