I paid for 2 hours , with the assumption that if it was to go over I could pay for more time (since it is stated). The movers were fine. We got to the destination with about 15 mins left and everything still needed un loaded. The helper stated he had to leave at 2 and I asked if I could pay for more time and he said no, he had a job to go to after this one. If that is the case it shouldn’t be noted they adl time is available upon need… I was left with a uhal full of my belongings( which some of them were left at the the first destination due to packing.) I had a 15 ft truck for a one bedroom apartment. ( no bedroom furniture ). So I’m not sure how everything didn’t fit. Was disappointed with the overall experience. Wasn’t so much the helper himself but it seems that the company is booked back to back so if u aren’t sure of how much time is needed u better over pay or be stuck with the possibility of being SOL .
